In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have bought from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, customers may exchange the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as he / she purchased it, in its original packaging along with original tags. It would be necessary to provide all financial transaction details, along with bills/invoices provided.

Possible resolution could be Replacement, Exchange or Refund by coupons.

*Please contact us at within 48 hours of receiving the product to request a return/exchange. Our team will contact you within two business days to discuss your concerns. Please cooperate with them and, if necessary, supply them with more information or visual proof.

*Apparel purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Your order is only valid for one exchange/return (multiple exchanges will not be allowed)

*Customers who qualify for an exchange must pay a service fee of Rs. 150/- (for pick-up) even  if the product received requires a size change or return.Pick up charges (Rs. 150/-) will only be accepted by online mode.We will pick up your order within 3 working days once your return request has been granted and service charges (Rs 150/-) have been paid. The exchange process takes between 10 to 15 days. Any additional information will be sent to you via email. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for shipping company pick-up delays.

*The amount paid in the case of return is applied to your Feelster store credit, which is valid for 6 months and can be used on future purchases.


*We will initiate an exchange or generate a credit note within 7 days of receiving your parcel and performing a thorough quality check. If the product is damaged, we will pay for reverse pick-up.

*The costs associated with a size exchange will be borne by the customers.

*You are liable for paying the Rs. 150/- shipping fee for returns and exchanges.

*Please make sure the returned items are undamaged and include the invoice, price tag, and original packaging.

*You may choose to ship the product back to us; however, Feelster will not be responsible for any lost shipments in this case. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

*Ensure that no clothing is worn, washed, damaged, or used. If the above conditions are not met, we will politely decline the return/exchange.

*Money would be credited into your Feelster store credit for future purchases once we received the return. The credited amount would be valid for 6 months.

*Returns/Cancellations: If we cancel a prepaid order, a refund will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 7 working days of the order cancellation date. However, if a customer cancels an order, a refund will be issued in the form of store credit within 7 working days of the cancellation date. When we receive the returned item, the funds will be credited to your Feelster store credit for future purchases. The store credit would be valid for 6 months.
